(ACEI). The EHD had withdrawn <br /> the approval temporarily to allow a public participation and comment period on <br /> the plan. The public participation period has elapsed, no comments or concerns <br /> were received from the public regarding the IRWP; therefore, the EHD reissues <br /> approval of the IRWP. <br /> You may proceed with obtaining reimbursement preapproval from the State <br /> Water Resource Control Board Cleanup Fund and acquiring such permits as are <br /> necessary to construct and operate the remediation system.
