Liston , This report presents the analytical results of groundwater sampling at the above referenced facility . Attached to the report is a site map , Laboratory Reports and Chain of Custody documentation . The scope of our testing was initiated per the verbal authorization of Mr . Roger Liston , SCOPE OF WORK Services performed by The Twining Laboratories , Inc . consisted of the sampling from three monitoring wells on the subject property , The location of the monitoring wells are shown on Drawing No . 1 . GROUNDWATER SAMPLING PROCEDURE Prior to well sampling , approximately five well volumes of water were removed from each well by hand bailing in order to bring fresh formation water into the well . Each groundwater sample was obtained by using a pre - cleaned teflon bailer and new section of rope . The groundwater samples were placed into appropriate glass containers with teflon - lined lids . Complete records were kept of all samples including sampling date , sample type , location , and other pertinent information .
