(L&P) on your behalf.
None of the reports provide any recommendations for future actions.
The 1st QR 2007 shows declining contaminant concentrations in the recently installed
deep monitoring wells (MW- 1713 and MW- 18C). Continue quarterly monitoring on these
wells to observe the concentration trends over time. If it becomes apparent that all the
observed contaminates in those wells are due to cross contamination or `drag down'
during the well installations, the EHD will consider the vertical delineation of your plume
as adequate at that time.
In the 1st QR 2007 it was stated that the report on the soil vapor extraction (S VE) test was
in preparation. Submit the report to the EHD by 06 August 2007. Also submit by that
date the report on the historical SVE operation as has been directed by the EHD several
times previously.
The EHD has directed you by letters issued in September 2003 and September 2005 to
prepare a feasibility study for interim remediation of impacted groundwater on your site.
