Charter Way, Stockton, California <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> provides the cost comparison and the selected methods for advancing the boring , <br /> collecting samples and obtaining laboratory analysis of the samples. <br /> As noted by previous letter, borings have been advanced to 150 feet bsg on the 701 E . <br /> Charter Way site that encountered sandy intervals at depths ranging from approximately <br /> 110 to 120 feet bsg and from 135 to 150 feet bsg , so your target depth proposed in the <br /> work plan is fine. <br /> Please submit boring permit applications for the approved sections of the work plan and <br /> the required $89.00 fee for each involved parcel . Copies of access agreements and <br /> encroachment permits should accompany each permit application as is appropriate . <br /> Please notify this office at least 48 hours prior to the initiation of any field activities . <br /> Please schedule the approved scope of work no later than the end of May 2005. <br /> If there is any confusion on any of these issues, please call for clarification .
