I agree that B-1 @ 45' and B-1 @ 50' are from 641 Charter Way. I am still confused about B-1 at 749 Charter Way. I don't think H13-1 can be B-1 . If HB-1 was advanced in July 1993, it wouldn't exist on the map from April 1993. Regardless, I think it is clear that the B-1 @ 45' and B-1 @ 50' soil analytical should be omitted from my site (749 Charter Way) analysis. I've done some quick calculations, thankfully the concentrations of B-1 @ 45' and B-1 @ 50' are low enough that their inclusion in the RAP did not have a significant influence over site characterization. The RAP's Figure 8 and "Distribution of Hydrocarbon in Soil" changes slightly, but I will still recommend SVE/AS as the most appropriate form of remediation . Would you like me to submit an addendum? The site at 641 Charter Way is a Regional Board site and I have inserted a map showing the site. The 13-1 at 749 Charter Way is probably HB-1 advanced in July 1993. You will see the boring on a map dated 4/15/93. The boring , B-1 @ 45 and 50 feet, was advanced on 5/11 /98, much later than HB-1 .
