Please remove these two soil samples from Table 2 before uploading Feasibility Study and Remedial
Action Plan, dated 3 October 2013, to GeoTracker.
am appending information to support why I think B-1 is HB-1 . The first of three documents is Work Plan dated
18 March 1993; on the first page of Work Plan, the consultant proposes to advance B-1 and provides the
proposed location for B-1 in Figure 1 . In the second document titled Quarterly Report April 1993, there is a figure
showing B-1 in the same location as that found in Work Plan. In the third document titled Site Assessment and
Quarterly Report, dated 24 August 1993, on page 4 there is documentation that one boring was advanced and
again Figure 1 shows B-1 at the same location as the two previous reports.
There is no need to send an addendum since you have indicated that little has changed.
Thank you very much Greg for taking the time to research the history of B-1 .
Vicki McCartney, Senior RENS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney(a)sicehd. com
k Ati
From: Greg George [mailto:ggeorge@apexenvirotech .com]
Sent: Tuesday, October 29, 2013 8 : 56 AM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Subject: RE : Former Beneto Facility
Hi Vicki,
Thank you for this information . I agree that B-1 @ 45' and B-1 @ 50' are from 641 Charter Way.
I am still confused about B-1 at 749 Charter Way. I don't think HB-1 can be B-1. If HB-1 was advanced in
July 1993, it wouldn't exist on the map from April 1993 ,
Regardless, I think it is clear that the B-1 @ 45' and B-1 @ 50' soil analytical should be omitted from my
site (749 Charter Way) analysis. I've done some quick calculations, thankfully the concentrations of B-1 @
10/29/2013
i
