Beneto to provide this report <br /> documenting the first semi-annual 2011 groundwater monitoring event conducted on April 7 and <br /> 8, 2011 . Groundwater monitoring results are provided in the attached figures and tables. Apex <br /> Standard Operating Procedures, field data, and laboratory results are provided as appendices. <br /> This report is based, in part, on information obtained by Apex from Beneto, and is subject to <br /> modification as newly acquired information may warrant. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is located at 749 East Charter Way in Stockton, San Joaquin County, California <br /> (Figure 1). The site is an operating gas station with underground storage tanks (USTs) <br /> containing multiple grades of unleaded gasoline. <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> January 1990 — California Geophysical Group (CGG) supervised the installation of groundwater <br /> monitoring wells MW- 1 , MW-2, and MW-3. Field activities were detailed in CGG's Site <br /> Assessment Report, dated February 9, 1990. <br /> March and April 1992 — CGG supervised the installation of groundwater monitoring wells <br /> MW-4, MW-5, and MW-6. Field activities were detailed in CGG's Site assessment Report, <br /> dated April 30, 1992. <br />
