Also directed by that letter was preparation of an interim <br /> remediation feasibility study to address impacted groundwater for submission to <br /> the EHD by 04 September 2007 ; this had been previously directed by the EHD <br /> letters issued in September 2003 and September 2005. <br /> By letter dated 13 March 2008 , the EHD directed : <br /> • Submittal to the EHD by 01 June 2008 , of a site conceptual model (SCM ) <br /> review or revision , and an associated work plan if additional data was <br /> needed for further site characterization ; the submitted document was to <br /> contain an estimate of the contaminant mass dissolved in groundwater <br /> and the undissolved contaminant mass in soil ; <br /> • Submission to the EHD by 01 July 2008, of the previously directed <br /> evaluation of potential remediation methods to address impacted <br /> groundwater and a recommendation of which method to utilize on your <br /> site ; and <br /> • Installation of the previously approved monitoring well , MW- 15 , during the <br /> second quarter of 2008 for monitoring in the third quarter; and a work plan <br /> if AEI believed other monitoring wells should be installed at the same <br /> time . <br /> Directive Letter 1208. doc <br />
