The <br /> Lfuel constituent volatile aromatics benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes <br /> were also detected at concentrations in excess of Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> L (RWQCB) guidelines in samples from beneath the former tank and product pipelines, <br /> and have resulted in the Lead Implementing Agency (LIA) which is the San Joaquin <br /> L County Department of Environmental Health Services requesting an initial site <br /> d"Wacterization. <br /> L <br /> t <br />
