(GTI) on your behalf. EHD has also reviewed the 27 June <br /> 2002 work plan. EHD approves the proposed scope of work as modified by the <br /> addendum. The proposed intermediate depth wells, MW-108, MW-109, MW-110 and <br /> MW-111 are necessary for lateral delineation of impacted ground water in the interval of <br /> the approximate 1992 ground water table. The proposed deeper ground water <br /> monitoring wells MW-202, and either MW-205 and MW-206 or MW-208, MW-209 and <br /> MW-210 are necessary to assess ground water in the sand interval encountered <br /> between 70 and 80 feet bsg in MW-104, a potential hydrocarbon contaminant migration <br /> pathway. <br /> Please submit a drilling permit application and $89.00 fee for each parcel to be <br /> investigated and a copy of any access agreements for parcels adjacent to the subject, if <br /> appropriate, for the monitoring well installations.
