Type of Equipment <br /> 2 . Leak Detection Equipment <br /> 3 . Appropriate Monitoring Plan <br /> d) A copy of each detailed plan identified on the <br /> summary in (c) (3) above. <br /> Site specific construction has been identified for each <br /> facility in your agency' s area of jurisdiction and the <br /> monitoring and response plans were based on that <br /> construction. <br /> Please note that prior to 1/1/93 , all facilities <br /> currently using inventory reconciliation will be <br /> reviewed to determine distance to existing or highest <br /> anticipated ground water level and action will be taken <br /> to provide an appropriate method of leak detection. <br /> Revised monitoring and response plans will be submitted <br /> as necessary to meet these new findings. <br /> These monitoring and response plans are being submitted <br /> for approval per CCR, Title 23 , Article 4 , Section 2641 <br /> (g) and will assume to be approved if we have not heard <br /> to the contrary by November 30 .
