Wilson, Stockton <br /> Supplemental Infomltation for Revised Pipe Installation Permit Finalization <br /> Ladies and Gentlemen: <br /> As per our telephone conversation on Monday, February 22, 1999, please find below the information <br /> you requested to complete the permit procedures for the above referenced facility. <br /> 1, No handicap accommodations will be made to ttte dispenser islands since they had to be raised <br /> in order t4 meet proper falls on piping. <br /> 2. The existing American Containment dispenser pans will amain as in the original plan, These <br /> pans have an individual sensor which will shut-off the individual dispenser in case of liquid in the <br /> dispenser pan. A submittal on the sensor is attached. <br /> 3. The certificate for Pat O'Mara is attached for Ameron piping. <br /> 4. The installation instructions for the Ameron piping is attached. <br /> 5. The existing piping sumps on remain in-place and water tested for the agency. <br /> 8. All monitoring equipment for sumps and annulate will remain untouched. The dispenser <br /> monitoring is self-contained within each dispenser and will not be into any part of the existing <br /> Ronan System. <br /> 7. A drawing is attached showing piping attachment to dispenser pans. <br /> We would appreciate your immediate review and response of this information so that we may prod <br /> with this project.
