Geolagccal7eclr�tus!nc Page 5 Groundwater Monitoring Report Project No 724 2 May 17,2004 1 - • Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene, and Xylene (BTEX), MTBE by EPA method 8020 • Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as Gasoline (TPH-G) by EPA method 8015(m) The detection limits for the above analyses are listed in Table 5 of Appendix A, while the lab analytical results are presented in Appendix B As required under AB2886, the groundwater elevation and laboratory data were submitted ' electronically to GeoTracker on May 4, 2004 - confirmation numbers 5615696549 and 3758831143 ' 2.0 FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION ' The results of the groundwater sample analyses indicate the following Wells MWA, MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, MW-5, MW-6, MW-104, and MW-210 did not contain petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants above the laboratory reporting limits 1 TPH-G • None of the shallow wells contained TPH-G above the laboratory reporting limits o Intermediate wells MW-106, MW-107 and MW-108 contained 123, 70 land 318 ug/l TPH-G, respectively ' • Deep well MW-208 contained 60 7 ug/l TPH-G 2 MTBE • Shallow well MW-7 contained 3 8 ug/I MTBE ' • Intermediate wells MW-106, MW-107, MW-108 and MW-109 contained 10 9, 6 5, 4 7 and 12 ug/1 MTBE, respectively • Deep well MW-209 contained 8 1 ug/l MTBE ' 3 Benzene • None of the shallow wells contained Benzene above the laboratory reporting limits (however well MW-11 contained 0 4 ug/l Toluene) ' • Intermediate wells MW-106 and MW-108 contained 0 8 and 13 ug/1 Benzene, respectively - • Deep wells MW-202 and MW-208 contained 6 9 and 0 6 ug/l Benzene, ' respectively ' The distribution of groundwater contaminants is summarized as follows {Note The Isoconcentratzon contours are generated utilizing the SURFER® computer ' modeling program We recognize that computer generated contour maps do not provide the most accurate representation of what is taking place in the field However, even hand- 1
