Scope of work and equipment to be installed will be referenced from SR0035394. <br />2. Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />3. A certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />4. Updated State Forms B and the monitoring and response plan must be submitted prior to the final inspection. <br />5. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />6. All metal equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />7. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. 24-hour lake test on new sumps <br />b. Spill bucket test <br />c. Final inspection <br />8. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy 2636(g) of California Code of Regulations (CCR). If <br />the facility does not satisfy 2636(g) of CCR an annual line tightness test must be performed. <br />9. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />10. Contact Dina Abate EHS at (209) 468-3468 to arrange all inspections. Allow 48-hour notice for all <br />inspections. <br />11. Permit expires 90 days from issue.
