Schedule an inspection of the new sump sensor to insure proper function. <br />2. Allow a 48-hour notice of all inspections. <br />3. This permit expires 90 days from issue. If an extension is needed a written notification must be <br />received by this office prior to the expiration date. <br />Note: Installation of the new drop tube and sump sensor was witnessed during the annual monitoring <br />certification on April 22, 2004.
