SWRCB has notified us that you have
not sent them a copy of your ELD test result, and we have not received a copy of the test result.
Unless a request for reconsideration was approved by the SWRCB for your facility, you are
required to submit and have a program of ELD testing approved by the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department (EHD) within six months from the date of formal notification
you received from SWRCB, and to implement ELD testing 12 months thereafter. The EHD
requires a permit to be obtained prior to conducting ELD testing.
According to our records, you have an UST system(s)with no single-walled component(s). ELD
testing is required only once by Section 25292.5 of the Health and Safety Code. You are required
to implement ELD testing on or before January 1, 2005.
If you have any questions regarding this matter please contact Doug Wilson, Supervising
Registered Environmental Health Specialist at (209) 468-3446.
Sincerely,
Doug Wilson
Supervising REHS
t
4
11L.E COPY
