Wilson Way, Stockton <br />Michelle, <br />This e-mail is confirm our telephone conversation on Monday the 10th of May. <br />It is my understanding that no permits will be required to make the SB 989 <br />repairs if no concrete is broken and all repairs are made inside the sumps <br />and UDC's. <br />Please confirm that this information is correct. <br />The scope of work is: <br />1. Repair sump penetrations in turbine sumps 87, 89,& 91 octane with <br />Blueline Technologies split repair boots. <br />2 Repair spill buckets on all three tanks 87, 89,& 91 octane. <br />3.
