Charter Way, Stockfar , CA, (Property) and Independent Trucking <br /> Company, the lessee of the Property, (individually and collectively, '"Permitters"), <br /> hereby grant'permiselon to Noi4lirti Cmstructioxt Co., as Permittee, to Install, from <br /> time to time $ample, soul maintain and close one (1) two (2) inch diameter <br /> manftoeng yell sat, the Property near the northwest corner of Argonaut Street and <br /> Charter Way in the City of Stockton, State of California. All waste soil and <br /> Water gereera}ed by the Work shall be securely stored in labelled dnm-s in <br /> compliance v th applicable laws. <br /> Perini ce agrees to pay the entire cost of the Work including restoration of the <br /> monitoringsite to the extent disturbed by the Work.
