According to the SB-2004 fund information, the Phase <br /> L[- Soil and Water Investigation includes collection and analysis of data to assess the <br /> nature and extent of the unauthorized release; assessment of the impacts; evaluation of <br /> the alternatives and dewirnination of the feasible method of cleanup; and the <br /> development o£ the Corrective Action Plan as well interim remedial actions. <br /> The costs on the REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - PHASE II bid sheet are based on <br /> Artesian's previous bids. I have included unit costs for GeoProbe/continuous core <br /> drilling, borings, well installation. Please note that the number of borings/wells <br /> required to assess the zero contamination line may exceed the number in my bid due to <br /> unknown subsurface conditions and the existence of gasoline tank #39- 1779-3. <br /> Based on these changes, Artesian estimates the following costs for Phase H Site <br /> Assessment Phase over the life of the project. This includes several more rounds of <br /> drilling, soil treatment, testing to define the full vertical and lateral extent based on <br /> regulatory requirements. Artesian has developed these numbers for planning and <br /> funding purposes. Actual costs may vary. <br />!
