I've tried to <br />arrange items in appropriate order below. <br />Item #105: <br />Permanently closed tank required additional markings. Attached is a photo of the tank showing the permeant closed <br />marking. <br />Item #609 <br />Modified on site. <br />Item #618 <br />Annual Inspection standards. I was informed that the annual inspection forms were actually in a different binder during <br />your visit as these were . Due to a couple of errors in our SPCC we had it redone to address inspections records and tank <br />inspections. The modified SPCC is attached. <br />Item #711 <br />Inspection of tanks. The tanks were inspected by a qualified individual in accordance with the spill plan. The inspection <br />record is attached. <br />Item #714 <br />250 -gallon used oil tank high level gauge. A new high level gauge was installed on the tank <br />I have not had a chance to scan in the records, but they are available.
