Charter Way were stockpiled at that location. In response to your December 7,
1994 letter approving Independents sampling workplan to remove and dispose of these soils,Independent,
during the months of January and February, 1995, removed the stockpiled soil and delivered them to the
Forward Landfill in San Joaquin County, CA. A total of 579 cubic yards of soil was delivered to Forward
and disposed in a Class II waste management unit.
Once all of the stockpiled soil was removed, clean fill soil and gravel were placed over the
stockpile area at 1145 W. Charter Way.
If you have any question regarding this activity you may contact me at
(209) 943-1287.
Sincerely,
INDEPENDENT TRUCKING CO.
Eric D.
