L
STATE OF CALIFORNIA PETE WILSON, Governor
CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD
CENTRAL VALLEY REGION
3443 Routier Road, Suite A
Sacramento, CA 95827-3098
PHONE: (916)255-3000
FAX (916) 2553015
25 February 1993 RECEIVED
MAR 1 1993
ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
PERMIT/SERVICES
Mr. Eric D. Horton
Independent Trucking
P.O.Box 6698
Stockton, CA 95206
Septic/Waste Oil Tank, Independent Trucking, San Joaquin County
Thank you for the 8 February 1993 letter regarding the septic/waste oil tank
located at 1145 W. Charter Way. Normally, this agency would oversee an
investigation and cleanup of pollution which threatens to degrade waters of
the state. However, because of severe staff and funding shortfalls, we will
be unable to provide technical oversight of your case at this time. Enclosed
is a copy of State Board Resolution 92-49, which provides general guidance for
cleanup of sites subject to Water Code Section 13304. This may assist you in
proceeding with your cleanup.
Even though we will not be overseeing your investigation and cleanup, we want
to maintain a case file and be kept informed of your progress. Therefore,_
please provide this office with copies of all letters and reports concerning
the cleanup work at your site. As staff becomes available, we will review
your reports and provide oversight.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, you may contact me at (916)
255-3075.
fit,) L w
WENDY L.
