We have also received a copy of the 2 August 1999 agreement between Independent
Trucking and JM Equipment. This agreement states that JM Equipment at 1245 West Charter Way
accepts responsibility for monitoring wells MW-1, 2, 3 and 8 at 1145 West Charter Way and MW-9
on its own property. Nomellini Construction Company at 1045 West Charter Way continues to be
responsible for monitoring well MW-5 also at 1145 West Charter Way. Changes in land use may require finther assessment and mitigation.
California Environmental Protection Agency
pDecycled Paper
