In addition, the <br /> monitoring well located on the JM Equipment property immediately to <br /> the west has indicated a high level of contamination from an <br /> undetermined source Due to the ongoing contamination of the <br />' ground water from both the east and the west sides, it is <br /> impractical to undertake any further excavation to remove <br /> contaminated soil and replace it with clean fill Until the <br /> ongoing source of the contamination can be identified and remedied, <br /> we would only be replacing soil which would be immediately <br /> contaminated and have to ne removed at some later date My clients <br /> are willing to undertake their responsibility to complete the soil <br />' cleanup at sometime when the existing contamination from offsite <br /> sources can be resolved <br /> ' Very truly yours, <br /> ' JOHN W WELCH <br /> ' JWW kmb <br /> CC William Hunter ✓ <br /> .
