<br /> through OW-3, and monitoring wells MW-4, MW-5, MW-6 and MW-9;
<br /> • Monitor and sample groundwater for TPH-g, BTEX, MTBE, tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA),
<br /> ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE), tertiary-amyl methyl ether (TAME), di-isopropyl ether
<br /> (DIPE), barium, cadmium, copper, lead, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, mercury, total
<br /> chromium, hexavalent chromium, bromide and bromate, quarterly from OW-2, OW-3,
<br /> MW-4, MW-5, MW-9; semiannually from MW-2, MW-3, MW-6 and MW-8; and annually
<br /> from MW-7;
<br /> • Compliance with the requirements of the California Regional Water Quality Control
<br /> Board Central Valley Region for submitting a Notice of Intent to comply with the terms of
<br /> the General Waste Discharge Requirements and the Monitoring & Reporting Program
<br /> No. R5-2008-0149; and
<br /> • Submittal of semi-annual report of findings regarding groundwater monitoring and
<br /> remediation efforts.
<br /> The EHD approves the Phase III CAP as submitted, and has issued the permits for the
<br /> installation of the four injection wells. The EHD has been notified that the fieldwork will begin on
<br /> March 24, 2014.
