Equipment Company <br /> 1245 West Charter Way <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Project No 507 2 <br /> April 4, 1997 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This addendum is in response to the letter dated February 10, 1997 from Linda Turkatte of <br /> San Joaquin County Her comments were regarding the location of Independent Trucking <br /> wells in relation ship to the proposed location of JM Equipment wells and the drilling of <br /> . additional soil borings to define the extent of soil contamination around the former tanks <br /> In February we measured the locations of the existing groundwater monitoring well on the <br /> Independent Trucking site In March we further discussed the project with Linda Turkatte <br /> and JM Equipment personnel With the exact location of the Independent Trucking wells <br /> known, it was decided to move the location of the wells proposed in the January 17, 1997 <br /> Work Plan The new locations will provide a clearer definition of the groundwater impacted <br /> by releases from the two former USTs on the site <br /> Besides relocating the proposed wells, one additional monitoring well and five soil borings <br /> are also proposed <br /> 2.0 CHANGES TO PREVIOUS WORK PLAN <br /> See Figure 1 Site Map for the locations referenced in this work plan <br /> 2.1 Revised Monitoring Well Locations <br /> The location for monitoring well JM-1 has been moved to the southeast of the location <br /> proposed in the earlier work pian The location for monitoring well JM-2 was moved to the <br /> south after it was determined that a monitoring well (MW-2) was located on Independent <br /> Trucking property immediately to the east <br />
