Equipment, 1245 W. Charter Way, Stockton, CA Dear Mr. Infurna: As directed by your office,here is the completed well survey for a 2,000-foot radius around L J.M. Equipment, 1245 W. Charter Way, Stockton, CA. The purpose of the survey is to locate any municipal,domestic,or agricultural wells within a 2,000-ft radius. To meet the survey objective, the following tasks were performed: • Geological Technics Inc. personnel reconnoitered the site on September 18, 2000, to Lo make a physical search for any wells in the area. • Specific well logs were requested from the State of California Department of Water L Resources (DWR)both to aid in identifying local wells and to specify their construction details. The DWR well logs that were available for this area are included in Appendix A. All of these wells are outside the 2000 ft radius. • Mr. Eric Mar of the California Water Service Company (CWSC) was contacted and his facsimile correspondence is included in Appendix B. For J.M. Equipment site, CWSC Ldoes not have any wells within the search radius. Well location details are shown in Table 1 and the approximate well positions are plotted on Map 1. During the field visit,the following items were noted: • The commercial, industrial and residential properties in the area are serviced by the CWSC. These wells are also outside of the search radius. • The only well identified is at the southern edge of the 2000 ft radius ("TMP" facility, 1963 S.Argonaut Street). L � L
