<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is extending the submittal
<br /> date from September 16, 2009, to September 25, 20C9, for receiving the following:
<br /> • Comparison of residual contaminant concentrations of benzene, toluene, ethyl
<br /> benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), total petroleum hydrocarbon quantified as gasoline
<br /> (TPHg), and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA), in soil at the above-subject site to
<br /> Environmental Screening Levels (ESLs) established by the San Francisco Bay
<br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and California Human Health Screening Levels
<br /> (CHHSLs) established by the California Envir nmental Protection Agency;
<br /> • Evaluation of the need to collect sail gas samples;
<br /> • Estimation of the residual TPHg, benzene, and 1,2-DCA masses in soil and
<br /> groundwater at the above-subject site.
