Attending the meeting were you representing Shell Oil,Joe Neely and Aubrey <br /> Cool representing Cambria Environmental Technology,I c.,Margaret Lagorio,Nuel C. Henderson, <br /> Jeff Wong,Harlin Knoll,Michael Infurna,Lori Duncan,and Vicki McCartney representing EHD <br /> and James Barton representing the Central Valley Region I Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB). There was a general discussion about evaluation for vapor intrusion into existing or <br /> future buildings at sites as part of the site investigation. It was also discussed that Shell would be <br /> changing laboratories for sample analysis and reporting. The following is a synopsis of the status <br /> and/or site specific+'iiscussions at the meeting. <br /> 3011 Benjamin Holt, Stockton <br /> EHD has received a': d will review the"Request for No Fi irther Action"report. If the report is <br /> complete,quarterly monitoring for Second Quarter 2006 not have to be performed. <br /> _ ti <br /> .1313-Charter Way.Stockton <br /> LShell is in the process of obtaining a permit from the City of Stockton to install a temporary <br /> groundwater extraction system. The plan is to extract groundwater from MW1 which has the <br /> highest concentrations of 1,2 DCA and possibly also fro MW6. The extent of the 1,2 DCA still <br /> has to be defined south of the site. <br /> 620 Charter Way, Sti)ckton <br /> Preliminary data from the advancement of CPT borings was presented and discussed. The report of <br /> the CPT work will be submitted to EHD with recommendations for additional monitoring wells. <br /> Cross sections will be submitted in the work plan for the odditional monitoring wells. <br /> 440 Charter Way,Stockton <br /> The damaged deep screened well has been repaired. Once data is gathered from this well, the site <br /> will be reviewed fox,further assessment/remediation. <br /> 1267 Country Club,Stockton <br /> A report on the monitoring wells installed in December 2 05 that includes a Site Conceptual Model <br /> (SCM)and conclusions on site delineation and remedial action is to be submitted to EHD. <br /> 2575 Country Club,Stockton <br /> The ground water extraction (GWE) system has not operated since October 2005. Groundwater <br /> extraction by a vacuum truck will be performed twice a month until the GWE system is restarted. <br /> I <br />
