We are writing this work plan in response to the May 23, 2007 letter <br /> from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)to Shell requesting delineation south <br /> of the site. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The subject site is located on the northeast corner of East Charter Way and Airport Way in a mixed <br /> commercial/residential area of Stockton, California (Figur 1). The former site layout included two <br /> station buildings,three fuel underground storage tanks(UST ),and four dispenser islands(Figure 2).
