The piping is available in single wall and in
double wall coaxial construction and is shipped in rolls or
reels to provide continuous piping runs therefore reducing
the number of piping connections. GeoFlex piping is
patented, U.S. number 5,297,896.
Quality Construction
The primary delivery pipe has a multi -layer, reinforced
composite construction whereby all layers are integrally
bonded for long term performance. Both the primary delivery
pipe and the secondary containment jacket carry a UL / ULC
listing for use with all EPA approved fuels and additives. The
patented stand-off jacket on the GeoFlex-D piping permits
initial, periodic and continuous monitoring of the pipe's
interstitial space.
JACKET Primary
Outer Barrier Layer Outer Barrier Layer
(Nylon) (Nylon)
Secondary
Containment
JACKET
Polyethylene
Layer
GeoFlex-S
Single wall supply piping
which is UL / ULC Listed
for petroleum fuels,
alcohols and alcohol
blended fuels and also for
direct burial applications.
GeoFlex-D
Double wall supply piping
whereby the primary and
secondary pipe are UL /
ULC Listed for direct
burial application.
GeoFlex-S in GeoDuct
Installation of GeoFlex-S
single wall flexible piping
within GeoDuct permits the
piping to be removed and
replaced without excavating
Flexible Structural Primary (Kynar)
Body Inner Barrier Layer
(Polyethylene)
GeoFlex-DinGeoDuct`"
Installation of GeoFlex-D
double wall piping within
GeoDuct conduit permits
removability of the double
wall pipe without the need
for excavating.
