A complete description of work performed must be submitted prior to scheduling <br />the final inspection. <br />2. If any piping is to be repaired or replaced Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) must be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be <br />approved prior to commencing work. Per Environmental Health assessment of <br />findings, new plans and an addendum to the permit application may be required <br />to be submitted. <br />3. Soil sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />4. An ICC installer certified individual may be required to be onsite. <br />5. A line integrity test on the primary piping of all exposed lines must be performed <br />by a certified technician and results received by this office prior to the final <br />inspection. <br />6. If concrete is broken near the underground storage tank a tank integrity test must <br />be performed by a certified tank tester prior to the final inspection. <br />7. A 24-hour lake test will be required on any sumps that require repair/replacement. <br />8. EHD must witness a 30 -minute pressure test on all repaired/replaced piping prior <br />to backfill. <br />9. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station into full <br />service.
