Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />3. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Spill bucket test (Note: The spill bucket must have a minimum capacity of 5 -gallons.) <br />4. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />5. A certified installer must be on site at all times during the installation. If the certified installer leaves <br />the premises for any reason, all work must cease without exception. Until the certified installer <br />returns on site, work shall not continue. <br />6. Contact Dina Craw REHS at (209) 468-3468 to arrange all inspections. Allow 48-hour notice for all <br />inspections. <br />7. Permit expires 90 days from issue.
