20. An accurate and drawn-to-scale-as-built plan must be received by EHD prior to <br /> scheduling the final inspection. <br /> 21. Any hazardous waste, including piping rinsate, must be hauled under a <br /> manifest and a copy of the manifest must be forwarded to this office within 7 <br /> days. <br /> 22. Contact Michelle Henry, REHS ay(209) 953-7699 for the following inspections: <br /> -A. Piping removal and sampling <br /> ,-8. Primary piping soap and pressure tests on product, vapor <br /> recovery and vent line piping <br /> X. Secondary piping soap and pressure tests on product, vapor <br /> recovery and vent line piping <br /> -D. 24-Hour secondary containment lake test on all sumps and <br /> UDC's <br /> E. Visual inspection of piping to insure proper slope prior to <br /> covering <br /> Cathodic protection on metal components in direct contact with <br /> the ground if necessary <br /> G. Prior to operation, a complete functional test of tank and piping <br /> monitoring systems, i.e. a monitoring certification, as the Final <br /> Inspection. <br /> This permit expires 90 days from the approval date.
