Hazardous wiring <br /> was found on the service entrance pole; open conductors Fastened to <br /> sub-standard pole with porcelain insulators. No provision' for serv- <br /> ing new pump; existing 30 Amp main only. <br /> This hazardous wiring shall be corrected within fifteen (15) days of <br /> receipt of this letter.
