COMPLAINANT STATED THEY OBSERVED GNATS, SMALL <br /> FLIES AND 3 COCKROACHES, ONE COCKROACH CAME OUT OF THE KITCHEN AND 2 WERE ON THE WALL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility_ <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:observed flying gnats in kitchen and dining area, live German roaches as well as dead ones on glue trap <br /> under 3-comp sink, and multiple rodent droppings under 3-comp sink, warewash machine, and dry storage area; also <br /> observe a few rodent droppings behind freezer in dining. Immediately clean up droppings and provide more pest control. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Back door open. Close door to provide complete enclosure and prevent access to insects and vermin. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food shall be separated and protected from contamination.
