Correct today. <br /> Have maintenance/a service person come out today to service this unit. <br /> Discontinue storage of potentially hazardous foods (food requiring refrigeration)in this unit until it is repaired. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br /> 114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The exterior thermometer of the 2 door Traulsen reach-in unit is reading 37-38F. The actual temperature <br /> of tis unit is 52F(air temperature). Obtain and use an additional thermometer for the interior of this unit today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br /> available to the food handler.
