COMPLAINANT WENT BACK TO THE <br /> STORE TO COMPLAIN, EMPLOYEE WAS SPRAYING BUG SPRAY WHILE CUSTOMERS WHERE IN THE STORE, <br /> AND SPRAY WAS SO STRONG, COMPLAINANT WAS CHOCKED OUT, HAD TO RUN OUT OF THE STORE. <br /> COMPLAINANT ALSO PURCHASE MALT O MEAL BUT IT WAS SO OLD IT HAD BUGS IN IT. PLEASE SEND <br /> INSPECTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS, COMPLAINANT WOULD LIKE A <br /> CALL BACK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. He stated that bbq pork is cooked fresh daily. Left overs are tossed. He <br /> also stated that they do not use sprays in kitchen.They currently have pest control company. <br /> Observations: Saw bbq pork on wok.Temperature was acceptable. Did not smell any pesticides. Food on shelves were all <br /> packaged. Hand wash station in kitchen has supplies. Sanitizer available.
