Clean by 3 weeks.Also remove all cobwebs. <br /> Meat dept walls/ceilings are damaged. Remove old paint, patch up and paint with semi gloss paint by 3 weeks so that <br /> surfaces are smooth, cleanable, and non absorbent. <br /> There are loose floor tiles under 2 comp sink at meat dept. Lack of rubber coving. Replace tiles and provide rubber coving <br /> by 3 weeks. <br /> Wall and base at the exterior of ladies rest room is damaged. It shall be repaired, base replaced, and painted by 3 weeks. <br /> As I was showing the owner violations,we noticed fresh blood on the ladies rest room walls, door and door knob (blood <br /> most likely from a customer). Highly recommend not allowing customers going into the back area.All contaminated surfaces <br /> shall be cleaned and sanitized (use 100 ppm chlorine). <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers.
