Chemical Testing
Soil and groundwater samples will be collected, containerized, and transported under chain-of-
custody in accordance with the appended Standard Procedures. The above-listed chemical testing
will be performed by a laboratory with California certification for each of the indicated analytical
methods.
Report Preparation
A summary report will be prepared by the registered Geologist or Civil Engineer in charge of the
investigation. The report will include the following:
• A site background discussion similar to that presented
in this workplan.
• A description of the field work and observations.
• A scaled vicinity map.
• Scaled site plan drawing(s) showing structures, boring
locations, underground utilities identified, and other
relevant information.
• Boring logs in graphical/drafted form depicting stratigraphy.
• Summary soil and groundwater chemical data in tabular
form.
• A scaled drawing showing the extent or"zero line"of impacted
soil/groundwater-may be included on the site plan drawing.
• A presentation of the approximate groundwater gradient- by way
of either groundwater elevation contours, or an arrow(dated) with
the calculated ft/ft gradient, or both.
• Conclusions, suggestions and/or recommendations.
Ramco n H:\WPDATA\M1KE\MikeTemp2003U.Anderson\WorkPlan Page 4
