FLIES WERE ALSO IN THE FACILITY. STEAM MAY BE COMING FROM STEAM TABLE ONTO <br /> COOKED FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and no person in charge available.A person in charge shall be available at all times. <br /> I spoke to employee who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> I observed several flies in the facility. <br /> I observed fan above door that has debris. Clean and sanitize fan. <br /> The steam table was in use at the time of inspection. <br /> When person In Charge arrived she said she was not aware of complaint. <br /> I discussed issue with her. <br /> Person in charge says that food is removed from one side of steam table at 8:30pm. <br /> Per person In Charge she will keep pans in steam table until the end of shift. <br /> I also observed water under steam table pans.
