COMPLAINANT DID <br /> NOT BECOME ILL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility_ <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed numerous rodent droppings in the kitchen where the bags of flour and rice cookers are. <br /> Observed an chewed open bag of flour. There is a strong rodent urine smell in the basement. <br /> Did not see any live or dead rodents in the facility. <br /> Remove all contaminated foods and droppings today. Facility will be closed until a reinspection is performed. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats, mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This is a complaint inspection. <br /> -Cooked chicken foil was at 154 F. <br /> -Owner states they make the chicken foil in bulk then freeze them. They are kept in the freezer until needed. <br /> -The chicken foil gets transferred from the freezer to the walk in cooler.
