Observed a flour bin that <br /> had a gnawed hole on the side. Also observed 2 dead rodents in the basement. Basement has a strong urine smell. <br /> The flour bin was discarded. Facility is serviced by AAI once a month. Unable to review receipt at this time. <br /> Remove all droppings and rodents today. Facility will be closed until a reinspection is performed. <br /> The kitchen screen door was not closed.
