RESTAURANT IS VERY DIRTY, SPIDER WEBS, LARGE AMOUNT OF DIRT ON WINDOW SILLS, <br /> ARTIFICIAL PLANTS ARE VERY DUSTY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I spoke to Ek Hong (employee)who was aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> Per Ek, complainant was concerned about hand prints on the door. <br /> I observed donut case and I did not observe flies in case at this time. <br /> Front door is closed. Per Ek front door is kept closed. <br /> I did not observe spider webs or dust on artificial plants, however I did observe slight dust accumulation on window sill. Clean. <br /> Per Ek seating and tables are cleaned daily(two to three times a day sometimes more)and floor is mopped nightly. <br /> Seating area walls,window glass sill and decorations are cleaned weekly. <br /> I also observed debris on flooring behind register.
