Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Observed restrooms are still dirty with trash and what appears to be urine. Some of the portable restrooms lack paper towels <br /> for hand washing.All contain a facility to wash hands with water and soap. Observed restrooms with missing toilet seats,trash <br /> thrown in the sink area with urine covering the seats and floor. Permit holder's son stated that a service crew come out during <br /> the morning to service portable restrooms, however they only pumped the toilets and rinsed the inside of the restroom.Trash <br /> and debris was not collected but let to flow out of the restroom and self dry,with the debris floating to the surrounding area of <br /> the portable restroom.
