Cover to prevent rodents entering from attic. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen <br /> shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be <br /> kept vermin proof. Repair and paint by 2 weeks. <br /> Attic access panel in liquor room is damaged. Provide new cleanable panel by 2 weeks. <br /> Ceiling in liquor room is damaged. It shall be repaired and painted by 2 weeks. <br /> Several floor areas are not clean.They all shall be detailed cleaned,weekly or more often if needed. <br /> Air return grate in kitchen has excess dust. Clean by 1 week. <br /> Air return in banquet lacks grate cover. Provide by 1 week. <br /> Floor in banquet room's kitchen is in disrepair. Ceilings need a new coat of paint. Replace floors and paint ceilings/walls by 6 <br /> months. New floors shall be up to code. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
