Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Telephone: (209) 476-8347 Owner/Operator: <br />Address: 5010 N WEST LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br />Date: 12/06/2019Name of Facility: STARBUCKS COFFEE #13402 <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 4:58 pm <br /> 4:10 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Complaint #: CO0051320 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />FIRE INSIDE STARBUCKS <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Upon arrival it was noticed that the entire area were the flame was contained had been cleared and no equipment is in that <br />area. Management stated that the flame started from an electrical outlet behind a prep cooler. The equipment connected to <br />the specific outlet, two blenders and a 1 door Delfield cooler, are no longer in operation. The equipment near the incident are <br />operating normal with cooling temperatures maintained at 41F or below. The facility is able to borrow a blender from a sister <br />facility and the refrigerator that is no longer operable is used for juices on site. The juices shall be stored in a separate cooler <br />and then blender received is operable. According the management the outlets in question have been replaced and are <br />functioning properly. Facility is ok to operate once again. <br />Observed no violations at this time. <br />Official inspection report will be mailed. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
