Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, he is aware of the complaint. Customer didn't like the food and came back for refund. I asked the manager <br /> on the process of receiving the meat, storing it and preparing it to serve to customer. Meat comes pre packaged (20 LB each <br /> pack) , previously cut, refrigerated. They keep meat in walk in cooler.They pull packs to marinate and cook.After cooking <br /> they keep the cooked meat in containers on the grill to keep it warm. <br /> By checking the temp of the raw meat in walk in cooler, it was at 39F. Walk in cooler air temp is 39F.
