Provide ceramic base by 2 weeks. <br /> There is a square wall hole at waitress station (for old alarm system). Cover with wall plate by 1 week. <br /> NOTE: Ladies rest room base is currently not up to code(work is mostly completeted). If rest rooms are remodeled in the <br /> future, base shall be up to code. <br /> Several kitchen ceiling tiles are absorbent.Tiles shall be vinyl coated. Replace absorbent ones by 2 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces.
