Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton,CA 95205 <br /> Work:(209)953-6214 <br /> Cell:(209)815-3793 <br /> Fax:(209)468-3433 <br /> Mr. Lopez: <br /> This letter serves as a response to your notice dated March 15th,2019 regarding Hazardous Materials <br /> Program Inspection Report for FinishMaster,Inc#236,operating at 27 5 Grant St,Stockton CA 95202. <br /> Our investigation notes,as well as corrective actions, are outlined below. <br /> In response to Violation ff 1, Inspection Item#S—HSC25505(o)(1)Failed to complete and/or <br /> submit hazardous materials inventoryfar all reportable materials on site. <br /> Inspection Remarks: <br /> "One 55 gallon drum of flammable gun cleaner was found on site that has not been reported. <br /> Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's <br /> business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> htto://cers.ca.goy/,add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the <br /> EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation." <br /> Resolution:Gun Cleaner and was added to the CERS Hazardous Materials Inventory for this location. <br /> Updated inventory was submitted in CERS on 4/8/2019.
